Beef Pot Roast

Dustin and Erin's Favorite -

  • Dry meat off, salt/pepper both sides
  • Sear both sides in a hot/dry pan until it's browned well
  • Sear onions, fresh garlic and oyster mushrooms in butter until brown
  • Deglaze pan with a cup of red wine
  • Add to crock pot with an additional cup of red wine, some potatoes or any other veggies you like. (Instant Pot on high pressure for 90minutes or in a crock pot)

It's done when it pulls apart with a fork!
