Twenty years ago, Erin and I had to fight through conflicting books, nutritional dogma, and a food system that told us eggs were bad and margarine was healthy. ZOE Farms was born from that journey—and while AI is now helping families cut through the noise faster, our mission has remained unchanged: doing the real work of raising food with integrity, not chasing marketing trends.
