WHY FROZEN?  We have a limited capacity to kill/chill/pack turkeys just before Thanksgiving.  Those fresh/never frozen reservations have been filled.  The only way we can serve more families with our turkey is to butcher them a week earlier and freeze them. 

Final price will be based on actual weight at $10/lb
