You will be billed $200 immediately for your deposit. The balance is due at pickup. 

When January allocation is gone, we will begin taking deposits for February, March and April butcher dates.

Due to high demand for all pork cuts, we are limited on the number of reservations we can accept. 

Your half pig will include the following:

  • 1 Whole tenderloin
  • 10 packs boneless pork chops (center and ribeye cuts)
  • 8 packs bone-in pork chops (center and ribeye cuts)
  • 4 roasts (arm and shoulder roasts)
  • 4 smoked ham steaks
  • 10 packs maple sausage mini links 
  • 5 ground pork
  • 5 packs green onion brats
  • 5 packs Italian sausage
  • 10 packs breakfast patties 
  • 10 packs smoked belly bacon
  • 4 smoked cottage bacon 
  • 4 smoked jowl bacon
  • 1 spare ribs

Some substitutions are possible. For instance, would you rather have all ground pork instead of sausages? No problem. Want all bacon instead of sausage? haha -- NICE TRY :-)
