Half Pig
NEXT Available: we have to pause 1/2 pig sales for a bit. We will make announcements in our newsletter when they become available again.
You will be billed $200 immediately for your deposit. The balance is due at pickup.
When April allocation is gone, we will begin taking deposits for May butcher dates.
Due to high demand for all pork cuts, we are limited on the number of reservations we can accept.
Your half pig will include the following:
- 1 Whole tenderloin
- 12 packs boneless pork chops (center/ribeye cuts)
- 8 packs bone-in pork chops (center/ribeye cuts)
- 4 roasts (arm and shoulder roasts)
- 4 smoked ham steaks or 2-3 Quarter hams (depending on size)
- 8 packs maple sausage mini links
- 10 ground pork
- 4 packs green onion brats
- 5 packs Italian sausage
- 8 packs breakfast patties
- 8 packs smoked belly bacon
- 2 pack of bacon ends
- 2 smoked cottage bacon
- 4 smoked jowl bacon
- 1 spare ribs
Some substitutions are possible. For instance, would you rather have all ground pork instead of sausages? No problem. Want all bacon instead of sausage? haha -- NICE TRY :-)
