Dustin was cutting pork one day and Erin was getting hungry. She grabbed a few chunks from the cutting table and came back with a beautifully simple masterpiece -
- Dry meat and salt/pepper both sides
- Sear in a dry pan until brown on both sides
- Add butter to pan and sear onions and oyster mushrooms until brown
- Deglaze pan with a cup of apple cider
- Add it all to a slow cooker with another cup of cider and some potatoes
- Instant pot under pressure for 90minutes or slow cooker until the meat pulls apart with a fork.
