By far, without a doubt our family’s favorite cut of turkey.

One thigh per pack. 

Suggestions for Grilling: 

  1. Wet brine 24hrs
  2. pat dry, brush with olive/avocado oil
  3. rub with low salt seasoning
  4. Offset grill to internal temp of 165. Remove from heat
  5. Increase heat to maximum and sear until internal temp hits 180.  Rest 15min before serving. 

Offset grilling means that you only light one side of your grill.  The meat is placed on the side of the grill without the direct heat and the lid closed.  This allows the meat to cook by the convection heat created by the hot side of the grill.
