We call it "Old-School Organic" because it's the way organic used to be -- when the word really meant something good. This means soil fertility, compost, cover crops, no sprays, no fertilizers - The "Old-School" way.

We follow standards of production that even exceed "organic" certification. This means we don't even use organically approved chemicals like fungicides and insecticides. Everything you see here is harvested at its peak of nutrient density and immediately made available. There is no shipping, distribution or warehousing.

This is as close to growing your own as you're going to get!
