The Cattle we just cut are gorgeous. We will have a full lineup of the traditional cuts you are used to seeing, plus a whole new variety of cuts you may not know so well. We winter our mamma pigs in an area of very deep wood chips. At the time of this video, they are transitioning into the southern woodlands where they will have their babies in the summer and fall.
