It all starts with the art and science of grassland management.  Our herds are grazed in a way that mimics the way American Bison migrated throughout the prairies centuries ago.  Each day they move into pastures of fresh, energy-dense forage.  As they move, they create a positive impact the soil ecosystem by spreading their microbe-rich manure.  Grass-fed beef management is the bedrock of regenerative farming. 

This practice is what produces rapid regrowth of highly nutritious forage.  There is no need for fertilizers, pesticides or chemical additives to our lands.  It is the regenerative, symbiotic cycle of cattle, grass and holistic management grazing that produces the gold-standard of grass-fed and finished beef.
