Each whole beef belly is fully trimmed, ready for seasoning. In other words, we cut off all off the excess fat for you. This means you're only paying for the meat you are cooking, not the fat you're throwing away.
You can order up to four weeks ahead of time to be sure you secure your cut of meat.
