The best way to enjoy these is to lightly salt/pepper the marrow (top) and either gill or oven roast. Grilling you will want high heat and in the oven 350 degrees. Roast/grill until they are golden brown on top, making sure they don't roll over. Serve with some dry sourdough toast. Rub the toast with a clove of fresh garlic and get ready for "tres magnifique!"
