Made from pure leaf suet, not trimmings.  This is the purest, least "beefy" tasting tallow possible. 

Tallow provides key vitamins A, D & K and allows the body to absorb the fat soluble vitamins in the foods we consume. We enjoy using tallow to sauté veggies, eggs or just about anything you want to add extra  nutrients.
