Grilled turkey is incredible. For most people, turkey is a one-time per year meal. Once you experience this grilled turkey, that will change forever.
One breast lobe per package.
Suggestions for Grilling:
- Wet brine 24hrs
- pat dry, brush with olive/avocado oil
- rub with low salt seasoning
- Offset grill to internal temp of 150. Let rest 15 min before slicing
Offset grilling means that you only light one side of your grill. The meat is placed on the side of the grill without the direct heat and the lid closed. This allows the meat to cook by the convection heat created by the hot side of the grill.
