If you have "chicken wings" in your mind, stop now. Turkey wings are loaded with white meat and one whole wing feeds one person.


Grilling them can be a bit tricky. They need to have indirect heat, then finish over direct heat to crisp the skin. The easiest method is oven-roasted at 325 till the skin is golden brown. We also like slow simmering them to make broth, then pick the meat for turkey salad.
