This is V2 of a recipe Erin and I created a while back. We made some key changes and added some tips and tricks that will help you to nail this anytime of the year. Hope you enjoy -
Ingredients
- (7-9lb) Spiral Sliced Half Ham
- (about 3/4 cup) Raw Ohio Honey
- (about 3/4 cup) Brown Mustard
- (1 cup) Brown Sugar
- (1/2 cup packed) Fresh Rosemary/Thyme - chopped fine or ground
