Purely Grass Fed Beef Queso

I wanted to create a beef queso that was quick, easy, and made with REAL ingredients I could trust. It stores well in the fridge for later and is a MUST for any gathering. Enjoy! ❤️ Erin

Ingredients
- (2lb) Ground Beef
- (1lb) Cheddar Cheese Shredded
- (8oz) Cream Cheese
- (2 cups) Your Favorite Salsa
- (1 large, or 2 small - chopped fine) Onion
- (2 packs (or to make your own, use below ingredients)) Taco Seasoning
- (2 teaspoons) Chili Powder
- (3 teaspoons) Cumin
- (2 teaspoons) black pepper
- (2 teaspoons) smoked paprika
- (2 teaspoons) garlic powder
- (2 teaspoons) Onion Powder
- (2 teaspoons) Dried Oregano
- (3 teaspoons) Salt
- (1/2 Teaspoon (use 1/4 for milder)) Cayenne
Directions
- Mix Seasoning Blend (Skip step if you are using 2 packs of taco seasoning
- Chop Onion
- Pre heat oil on high in an 8 quart pot
- Add onion, ground beef and seasoning blend
- Cook on high while breaking up chunks of beef with the spatula into as small of pieces as possible
- Reduce heat, add cream cheese and grated cheddar - mix well until melted
- Add salsa and stir until incorporated
- Turn heat off and let set at least 15 minutes
Serve warm or at room temp
