Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough French Toast
Joe's homemade sourdough takes french toast to a whole new level. No joke, I will never make french toast with white bread ever again. Today was a slow, dreary day on the farm, and we didn't have a big to-do list. Instead of our usual 10 hour work day (which feels like a vacation compared to our 16 hour work days during the summer), we took the day to focus on other areas. I headed to The Caboose to grab some of Joe's Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough Bread. It's by no means my go-to bread--I don't like raisins all that much-- but I figured it might make good french toast.
